The EMCA recreational grounds are located at 1300 River Road, in Devola, Ohio, along the Muskingum River.  Adjacent to these grounds are the soccer fields for Marietta High School and the Marietta Soccer League.  Also on River Road, you will find the Devola Lock and Dam.  This dam was constructed between 1837 and 1841. Major repairs were made to the lock system in 2005.  The area has heavy bike and pedestrian traffic.

The grounds include a pool, playground, pavilion, tennis court, basketball court and two ball fields.  These areas can be reserved for your group at no charge, but donations are encouraged to help offset maintenance costs. Click on the appropriate drop down links for more details on each area.

These grounds are maintained solely by community volunteers and donations.   While you are enjoying these facilities, please join us to ensure the structures will be there for years to come, by making sure your family and friends treat the equipment properly, and encouraging others to do the same.  Because this equipment is purchased and maintained by volunteers and donations, it cannot be readily repaired or replaced if broken.  Vandalism can only be stopped completely if we all work together as a community to protect these grounds.  Additionally,  there are plenty of trash receptacles for your use.
